Bianca Calagiu

At the age of 12, I took my first vinyasa yoga class and immediately knew yoga was my passion. I felt complete bliss and a unification of my physical, mental, and spiritual being. Since then, I have been a dedicated yogi.

Yoga is what brought my soul back to life during a very difficult time in my teen years. I felt lost, however, the practice of yoga left me feeling grounded, tranquil, and at peace with the physical world around me. I decided to make it my life’s purpose to help others feel the beautiful benefits of yoga. 

At the age of 17, I entered a 200 hour teacher training and received my certification through Yoga Alliance. To further my education, I am studying Yoga Therapy at Western Washington University in the hopes to one day become a therapist and incorporate yoga into the therapy. 

I exert all my energy, love and compassion into my classes. My goal is for each student to leave with a higher sense of self awareness, empathy, and self-love. 

Vinyasa Yoga

When: Thursdays 7:30-8:45 pm


Description: Through the practice of vinyasa yoga, I lead my students through a meditative experience to enhance their sense of self and self-love. In this space, we will move our bodies without judgement, competition, or fear. Breathing is an essential aspect to this class. The breath is what guides us, helps us move with purpose. This class also offers effective strengthening asanas, as well as postures to increase flexibility. The last moments of class will be a guided meditation to further the physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing of all students. Most importantly, this class offers a safe, comfortable space to have fun and enjoy each other’s energies! Open to students of all levels.
