Through the practice of vinyasa yoga, I lead my students through a meditative experience to enhance their sense of self and self-love. In this space, we will move our bodies without judgement, competition, or fear. Breathing is an essential aspect to this class. The breath is what guides us, helps us move with purpose. This class also offers effective strengthening asanas, as well as postures to increase flexibility. The last moments of class will be a guided meditation to further the physical, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing of all students. Most importantly, this class offers a safe, comfortable space to have fun and enjoy each other’s energies! Open to students of all levels.
