Energize & Flow (Vinyasa Yoga)
Throughout this flow we will build heat, stamina, and flexibility while leaving the studio feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. The word “Vinyasa” simply means “to move in a special way”. Through fluid movement and attention to bodily alignment, we link the mind body and breath to cultivate physical strength and a greater sense of self-awareness. Elements of vinyasa, hatha, and Iyengar combine to create this mindful sequence. Modifications are encouraged making this class accessible to every BODY. An energizing way to start your day!
