Balanced Yoga
We all could use a little more balance in our lives, and Balanced Yoga brings in elements of a more active hatha/vinyasa class and blends them with a calming yin/restorative class. This class begins with moving poses and sequences to connect the mind and body with the breath, and ends with deeply relaxing restorative poses to ease the activity of the mind and soothe the nervous system. All experience levels are welcome, including beginners, and modifications and props are offered and encouraged for each unique body.
