Slow Flow integrates the fluid, intuitive sequencing typical of vinyasa classes with longer pose holds and slower transitions to cultivate deep awareness and intention in your practice. Slowing down the flow allows for sustainable alignment and time to explore the poses and transitions between them in a focused, inquisitive way. Challenging yet nourishing, this class is suitable for all yoga experience levels and aims to empower students to move authentically by honoring their anatomical intuition.
