Summer Huntington

Summer Huntington is the founder of Clubbell Yoga, and teaches her educational seminars globally in this powerful yoga & strength training fusion. She owns and operates Fit Body Wellness, a local movement & yoga coaching business she started in 2009. Clients love her attention to detail, expert instruction and comprehensive approach to wellness. Her goal is to educate, motivate and empower people to learn how their bodies move and make it a sustainable lifestyle. Currently, she offers several classes at Inspire including RAD Roller & Joint Mobility Yoga on Mondays 10:15am, Heavy Clubbells on Wednesdays 9am, FlowFit Conditioning & RAD Roller on Thursdays 8am & her signature Clubbell Yoga on Saturdays 8:45-10am. Summer also specializes in Self Myofascial Release with RAD Roller and serves as a Master Trainer for them as well.

 

Joint Mobility Yoga

When: Mondays 10:15-11:15 am

Description: A class for restoring your fascia, combine meaningful joint mobilizing sequences with self myofascial release techniques (aka little rubber ball tools that give you a massage). Expect to leave feeling restored.

 

Heavy Clubbells

When: Wednesdays 7:00-8:00 am

Description: Strength & Conditioning with the heavier Clubbells is not as scary as you may think. These 10-15lb Clubbells are highly effective to train the arms, core and legs in every exercise. Expect to wake up muscles that normally don't get trained in conventional strength training, and learn how to integrate interval training into your workouts.

 

FlowFit Conditioning & RAD Roller

When: Thursdays 8:00-9:00 am

Description: Use signature FlowFit exercises and other yoga based movements in a HIIT Interval format designed to maximize your time in the studio. Get your strength work & your cardio in one session.

 

Clubbell Yoga Flow

When: Saturdays 8:45-10:00 am

Description: Signature Awaken, Condition and Practice full format class. 20/20/20 breakdown for total body toning and yoga. Clubbell Yoga exercises are designed to develop both stability AND flexibility. Expect a focused and precise workout, with elements of yoga.
